Always pleased with the food from the Zaffran
but first time visited here for the Sunday Buffet it was absolutely delicious such a good selection and everything had a temperature gauge in front on display.... good value for money .Also friendly staff would recommend .

Haven't been here for years. The food was excellent! I had the lamb minted masala, spiced to around a madras spice. Top service too. Will be back soon I think.

The food was absolutely superb with the spices enhancing the food. The staff were really friendly and the service was quick. The bottle beer(Cobra) was nice and cold. A great restaurant to try for the spice effect and not the curry powder effect!...Top draw👌

The food is great and the staff are excellent, been a regular place for a family for many years.

Arrived for food for just myself, was greeted and told I can sit anywhere !
There were only 3 other tables booked.
Soft drink ordered quickly and food which arrived within 10 minutes.
Order, chips, plain rice, and Zaffron Special (very hot Curry)
Meat was quite fatty on the lamb and some couldn’t be eaten for this reason.
Toilets very small but otherwise a nice place and nice food.

The food is absolutely stunning, great flavours and really good size portions. Staff are very friendly and helpful, prices are very reasonable, well worth a visit.

To cut a Short story long, I travelled to this place just to try some new items on the menu everyone was raving about, had an incredibly positive experience with the staff which around here isnt normal, they almost made us feel like family. The food did not dissapoint, a far deeper flavour profile without extreme heat, sides were perfect, they served real coca cola cold and the most spectacular main iv ever had at any indian restaurant, call it whatever you like but its a revelation; the keema naan pizza. *mic drop*
