I was here to have coffee with a friend and a meeting. It was early afternoon so fairly busy. Service was quick and efficient, staff were friendly and welcoming. The shop was clean and tide and staff were quick and efficient at clearing and cleaning tables in between servicing customers.

One of the best Costas in Swansea. Firstly the coffee is excellent and the baristas are first class and actually care. Plenty of seating and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Staff here are always lovely! Despite it being a chain coffee shop, they truly make you feel comfortable and remembered as a regular!
Nicely located, large, well appointed, air conditioned example of my favourite major coffee brand.
There is even a sizeable outdoor seating area. One suggestion I would make would be to attend to the sharp edge of the patio that juts out to the path up to the front door. A sizeable hazard with potentially painful consequences.
Helpful happy staff make for a pleasant experience. Would happily stop by again.
We like Costa, we know what to expect and the service is pleasant. Not too noisy and comfortable. Of course, we love the coffee.

So relaxing, spacious & comfortable. It can get busy with students so sometimes there cam be a wait but it's never long....The staff are all nice & friendly who give you anything you need yet don't pester you 😋... coffee & a cake ❤ in this Costa is a must x z
plenty of seating available, enjoyed the visit but the service was slower than usual although the chap serving was doing a top job in keeping all customers happy.

The beauty of Costa is consistent quality and menu. The disadvantage is the prices are way over the top. Additionally, I'm massively annoyed that this excellent Welsh origin chain has been sold out by institutional investors into the hands of Coca-Cola.
Excellent service! Staff always friendly and fast even tho it was a big rush. Lady at front door made sure social distancing wa sin place which was a very nice thing, definitely recommend! Personally my favourite costa in swansea
