Staff were lovely, the atmosphere is great and food was tasty. Portions are great as well. Only negative for me was the lack of veg with my meal. It said it came with seasonal veg but all I got was loads of peas. A friend had the steak & it was amazing. Just melted but he was also hoping for more veg.

They do a wonderful sunday dinner, plenty of veg and the beef melted in my mouth. The home made gravy is stunning. And they do a stunning vegatable soup which i buy 2 at a time to take home. Will be returning for a takeaway sunday dinner of my 2 helpings of vegatable soup

What a lovely village pub! The food was very nice. We had Sunday lunch, and let me just say, there was enough food to cater for all types of appetites. If you're in the area, you definitely want to try out this little gem!!!
