Marks & Spencer Cafe

M&S Food Halls are always synonymous with quality, but I always considered them to be somewhat pricey. However at this particular Food Hall, I found the prices quite competitively set compared to discount supermarkets, so by shopping carefully I was able to get everything I wanted on a limited budget from an excellent range of well-displayed food. A pleasure to shop here and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

They do fantastic trousers for men here. I've bought two pairs of the linen blend ones. I managed to destroy one pair by falling during a trip but I'm going back for another pair. However, one complaint I have is that they never seem to have enough stock in my size (34R), and I'm talking about the pure linen trousers. I've been after these for months because they're the only company who do them with a decent finish with tidy thread! Yes, a minor complaint, but overall the male clothes here are of a higher durability than other high street shops and I appreciate that. Get those linen trousers in and I'll be straight back!

Excellent customer service from a cashier at your Carmarthen Road Swansea foodhall. I think her name was Rhian Roberts. It was last night about 6pm. What a helpful friendly lady, I left the shop feeling very happy to speak to such a lovely lady. Told me about promotions you had on and arranged for one of the other staff to get for me. Well done.
