Yes the pub was very comfortable on Wednesday night and extremely busy in support of Mike Hutchings a brilliant singer/entertainer. The bar lady was very friendly and very helpful. The customers were excellent creating a very happy atmosphere at the same time arranging bus trips for mini breaks. Drink prices are reasonable. Enjoyed. Recommend a visit.

The halfway is a lovely pub very friendly bar staff and the landlady joanne wright is one of the best nothing is too much trouble to help and welcome you young or old highly recommended.
