Maxim's Fish Bar/chinese

Good food and overall customer service. It takes a while for food to arrive after ordering but it is to be expected and I can get around it for a good meal. It's very inexpensive and an affordable alternative for a place to get food. Plus you can eat in which is very nice as I live quite a bit up the road from the store and I often get tired walking there and back. Good food at a good price. What more could I ask for?

After our fave Chinese takeaway changed owners we tried every one in the area and hands down Maxims beats each of them. Food is delicious every time, prices are great and you couldn't meet nicer people. We must have been getting our takeaway treat from here for at least 15 years and I can't see that changing. They don't deliver but it is well worth sending the other half out to fetch it while you warm the plates! Highly recommended.
