DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered from here for first time tonight. Had friends around and never had such bad quality food. I could see the food was not fresh straight away on opening the tubs, it was all congealed and slimy. We each ate 1 prawn ball and basically it was a lump of batter with a small prawn split inside. These are supposed to be king prawns! My husband very politely called to complain, and couldn't believe the response, they were totally unwilling to do anything about it. A guy was screaming and shouting in the background but wouldn't speak to him on the phone. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. And never been served such disgusting inedible food. They would rather have a bad reputation and review given than refund a meagre £23!! I should have checked the hygiene food rating before oredering

Me and my husband ordered from here on Sunday, food came noodles was cold, spicy garlic house special came like sticky glop....didn't look or taste appitasing. Rung to complain had no interest in listening to what I had to say, kept telling me the food was hot?! Didn't receive an apology and nothing was resolved. Won't order here again worst Chinese I had.

I would certainly not order food from this chinese again. I placed an order for kung po chicken and chips with prawn crackers to pick up. After driving 3 miles to pick the meal up i arrived home to discover that it was not kung po chicken but a meal full of carrots. I rang them up to say that i think i had the wrong meal, to which the lady replied that they always put put carrots in their kung po. 5 minutes after coming off the phone to them they phoned back, to say that they had given me the wrong meal and to go back so they could give me correct meal, i asked if they could deliver it to me instead because it was costing me in petrol and the lady cheekily told me that "driver is not in area" and that "i should pick up cause petrol not cost much"! I reluctently went back for the kung po chicken, to find it swimming in grease. Avoid at all costs!!!!
