First time visit to this branch and the last! bought my usual tandoori chicken baguette and drink and when I unwrapped it on getting home the baguette was definitely not fresh so it went in the bin, Would've taken it back but I live 5 miles away in mumbles,staff member was polite and friendly hence 5 stars

If your Google maps says you open at 5:30am and your sign on the door says 6:30am… that’s a big difference. Fix it.

Bought 2 large sausage rolls yesterday. Not cooked through, pastry raw underneath. Surely need to check before point of sale.
Was offered another two, from the same batch on display. No thanks. Asked for money back. No apology at all.
