Generally OK for subs. Wraps were a bit iffy - have no idea how they turned the biggest wrap I've ever seen, into the smallest "made" wrap - ended up having to buy 2, where we originally wanted to split a single wrap in half for our kids. Fast service, large store, friendly staff.

Swansea has the most rudest staff honestly if you don't want to be there leave your job instead of treating your customers like they are a burden when they order. I never felt so uncomfortable before ordering food in my life like I did today!!!!

Nice bloke behind the sandwich Bar. Very efficient and single handedly served all the patrons. Had a nice spl going on as well. Had all the variety of breads, which usually isn't the case in most subway.

Yes, it is true that under the previous store owners Subway Swansea was a horrible experience. Those people were removed by Subway - for a good reason. The new owner is really trying to turn things around and has improved the quality immensely. From what I've been told the new owner is fairly young and new but Swansea should try to support him. I was there on the weekend and the food was delicious. (I have no association with this store).

Worst Subway I have been too. Whoever does the stocktaking there must understand it to mean that they actually TAKE the stock away, as they are often out of common items. I won't go back to this one again.

I went to the store last Monday and got a meatball sub which I had to wait 10 minutes for as there were no meatballs prepped. Once I got home and opened my sub there was sauce all over my sandwich, it was soggy and gross. I chose to go back today and give the store another chance only for the exact same thing to happen. The 2 young girls working were touching food with no gloves on and touching their faces then touching food. Was not a pleasant experience

Worst subway I have been to. They had no Coke and no cookies. That didn't however stop the girl from offering me cookies that they didn't have. She went on to ask me if I'd like any drinks with the order. I said "I'd love a Coke. Shame you don't have any." Poor staff training and pathetic management. Please train your staff properly and set re-order levels. It's not rocket science.

Not impressed. The bread was not fresh, I asked for it to be toasted only to be told that the toaster was broken. I had a cold sandwich. If they had told us before hand that the toaster was not working I would not of order. A cold meat ball sub is not great tasting. Grrr!
