Positano Express

Popped in to Positano today for a quick coffee and a hot chocolate. Haven't been inside this place previously but was quite impressed with the renovation works they have undertaken, the colour scheme and decoration were excellent. The waitress present was very helpful with both drinks of very good quality. On the strength of this will definitely return to try the food. The customer service from the waitress was second to none. After seeing that where we were sat there was alot of glare from the low sun, the waitress offered to drop the blinds for us. The staff member also providied us with take away cups for the remainder of our drinks, as me and my partner were late for an appointment.

This place is really superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food is fantastic. It's about time the city centre had a really good genuine authentic Italian. I had the Positano special pizza and a friend of mine had a different pizza and they were both fabulous. So well cooked and a really nice authentic Italian base and crust. It wasn't greasy or oily at all just seemed clean and fresh. Best pizza I've had in Swansea. I'll definitely be back to try some other things on the menu. Highly recommend if you like Italian food or just want a decent place to eat at that's not too expensive.
