Good reasonably priced fish and chips. The two girls serving and the young man cooking were very polite, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Why can't more people be this helpful. You should be proud of them. Visited 17/8/23

Excellent Fish and Chips. Very friendly staff. I used to use Drifters in Fakenham but their standards have dropped significantly. So this is my go to for the best Fish and Chips in the region.
We travel quite a way to visit here well worth the journey. Today had a battered cheese and onion fryit. Think it was the best one I have ever had. And the staff are so friendly too
Good place for fish and chips, small eat in area too which is handy.
The food was cooked fresh, the chips were a little soggy, maybe personal preference.

Always great fish and chips from here and good value for money. I would give a 5 star review if not for one small gripe. Whenever I order something that I have to wait for to be cooked I always ask if my chips can have salt and vinegar added before the order is wrapped up.....and they never remember

Delicious fish and chips freshly cooked. Friendly staff and great prices. There's a few tables if you want to eat in and there's usually somewhere to park in the market square at the front of the shop.

I have tried every fish and chip shop in Dereham and this is my second favourite.
Remember that fish and chips is becoming more expensive now that fish imports from eastern Europe and cooking oil is also in short supply hence higher prices.
But my favourite is large cod and large chips.

Lovely, lovely chip shop! A reasonable sized portion for a very reasonable price. I find the food more filling than other places for some reason, not sure if this is due to food quality perhaps? They also offer scraps. :-)
