Parking was easy. Place is well decorated and seating comfy. Tables are not too cramped either. We went early weekday evening, service should not have been as slow as it was. Staff were friendly not not pushy. Floor is solid wood, adds to the atmosphere, but does it need to be sticky? I ordered the Texan burger, chips were nice but cold, burger had little flavour and the coleslaw was served in a thimble. This cost me £15, was it value for money? Absolutely not. For the same price I can get much better food within a short distance from here.

Not the best when it comes to food taste however you are spoilt with menu choices ! Always playing good music . I personally prefer their breakfast menu . Good cocktail choices too .
The menu do not have any new options and I do find it bit pricey try to find their week day deals to get discount .

Really enjoyed trying their vegan menu. We were served by Paula, she was amazing. Friendly and attentive, helpful with the menu a real credit to the restaurant.
Now to the food. Starters.... banana blossom croquet and cassava chips were amazing. Mains... the spinach oumph burrito was amazing really tasty and filling with good spice. .. the salad bowl was also excellent but could have done with just a touch more palm heart.. all in all an excellent meal... thanks!!

Friendly atmosphere, excellent food. We came for my friends birthday, 2 of our group had allergies but nothing was too much trouble. Abi our waitress was fantastic, she really helped make our evening special. Thank you for the birthday sharing platter.

An attractively decorated restaurant and good-quality food! The new dessert menu features loaded churros - very tasty, but for me they couldn't quite beat the fun of dipping individual churros in sauce! The service was also excellent, especially since the evening was relatively quiet so the waiter had plenty of time to stop and chat!

Colourful ambience, but the food wasn't that good. I tried the Chicken tinga chimichanga with Volcano sauce but they forgot to add any sauce to it. Our total bill of around £60 definitely wasn't worth it.

Selection fairly good, but order (enchiladas £10.99 pictured - the plate speckling is part of the plate and not meal presentation) was disappointing. Food looked and tasted no better than what I could have done myself for a fraction of the cost. Service covered the absolute basics of taking initial order only. No follow up quality control, interest in drinks refill, table clean up, or dessert order.

Food is normaly very good. The toilets were a mess. One seat broken and the other cubicle side was all broken ans swinging around. Very dangerous if someone was to lean against it

After being told we would have to wait 30 mins to be seated, which I didn’t mind the mayhem started. Initially we had been told to wait 30 mins it was 48mins. As we were waiting for tables of which there was 16 free just not cleaned or cleared from the last users. We were then took to our table and sat down and given menus, not offered a drink or anything no complimentary popcorn or colouring things for the kids. The waiter left in a hurry to go stand next to the till and do nothing. We then sat there for a further 40 mins before being asked if we would like a drink and had our order taken from a second waiter.
After our order had been taken and we received our drinks.
We then waited another 40 mins for our food. Of which my sweet potato fries were burned to a crisp and my meal ( ultimate fajita) was not very ultimate, it was thrown on the plate and arrived cold.
Due to the change in the menu the chimichanga that my wife usually gets came without chips which we were not part of the new menu. Which I believe is a down scale in quality not to mention how it was served heaped in a bowl with the 3 sauces slapped on top of it. The chimichanga used to come well presented on a nice board with a basket of fries and 3 ramicans with the sauces in.
Once our food arrived and the waiter ran off again we noticed he had only my brought 3 sets of cutlery it then took a further 10 mins to get a 4th set luckily for them I don’t mind sharing with my son taking turns to eat parts of our dinners, also the sauces my wife asked for never arrived at all during the whole meal.
After all these fiascos I asked for the bill which I received after another 20min wait.
This I find is worthy of a complaint as Chiquito is our monthly treat that we usually really look forward to and now it’s really put my wife and I off going back.
The new menu style feels cheap and tacky like a weatherspoons menu. Removing some of the nice things like the meatballs on the street food is a massive shame (my sons favourite dish). The waiting times between service, sitting and being served were rediculous. My food looking like it had been thrown on the plate in a hurry and arriving cold is completely unacceptable.
The only good thing about the experience was the polite waiter mid way through the ordeal (Roy) he even went in the kitchen to cook me a fresh set of sweet potato fries. Everything else about the experience was completely unacceptable to my family and I.

Decided to go for breakfast, as the sun was shining & they had a canopy outside so we choose to sit on their patio!
The food was delicious, we had omelettes & a plate of pancakes & fruit for all to share...pancakes were made from scratch not from a packet & they were sooooo nice😋
Would defo recommend this place for a breakfast as they don’t just do the ordinary but something different too😁

I was so impressed by the diligence shown by all of the staff to accommodate my family’s vegan diet. Both our waitress and the manager checked, then double checked (without any prompting) the ingredients of the dishes that we chose so that we felt completely confident in what we ordered. Admittedly, the options available to us were quite slim but what we had was delicious and satisfying- the veggie fajitas came with lashings of salsa and guacamole with a mountain of well seasoned vegetables.
Honestly, it would have been great to have the option of some vegan “cheese” and sour cream/yoghurt to but I’m still leaving 5 stars because of the fantastic attitude of the staff and the fact that we actually ate in a convenient, mainstream restaurant and had a meal that was really lovely. I wouldn’t usually choose a chain restaurant at all but I will definitely come back in the future now that I know I will be catered for.
Thank you!

Took the kids for a pre-cinema meal at lunchtime but would never do so again, in fact I can't see us returning. The staff are polite, helpful and courteous but there is something seriously wrong with your staffing or operations as service is ridiculously slow. We were seated straight away as it wasn't busy and yet had to wait 15 minutes for drinks to arrive after ordering them, at which point we ordered our food. A further 40 minute wait after ordering for our meals to arrive. After finishing our main courses we ordered desserts for the girls as they were included in the price of their meals, I also requested the bill at this point which was the only piece of service that was delivered quickly. 20 minutes later they still had not arrived - how long do you really need to produce 2 servings of ice cream and fruit salad for goodness sake? - and faced with the choice of missing dessert or missing the start of the film we had to leave with 2 extremely disappointed kids and 2 fed up parents. Probably the slowest service I have ever experienced anywhere, could not recommend a visit to anyone and definitely don't pay the bill before receiving everything as you might end up paying for food that you don't have time to eat. Appalling.
