Always friendly staff, different flavours to choose from, nice service, loads of ice cream in the scoops. I always go for 1 scoop as 2 is too much for me, but my 10 year old gets 2 and always finishes them😁. Recommend to everyone😉

Collected an amazing ice-cream cake for my daughter's birthday, and then went back for treats with friends. Wonderful service as always, so much choice and the birthday girl was SO happy she could have GF waffles!! Thank you!!!!

Great choice of ice delicious ice creams - both traditional, unusual and a few vegan options. Loved that there are several cone choices (including unicorn and smarties!) and they’re dog friendly. Well worth popping in, especially as there is a free short stay car park less than a minute away.

Always great service. Gluten free cones which is amazing! Some of the ice creams lack depth of taste so always try a sample first but when you find a good one they are great!

Having enjoyed their ice cream since they opened, it came to the pandemic where we couldn’t visit. Orders and deliveries became the norm. The service remained first class like their products. With popularity came shortages, but with the expansion these are very rare now. Advance orders avoid any risk of disappointment though. I’d recommend anyone to drop in or order for an event, great selection for any occasion.

Simply the best ice cream in Swindon. They have a huge variety of flavours, in addition to the old favourites. Rays is a family-run, local business that has earned a really positive reputation by creating some delicious products in a welcoming environment.

Great ice cream served with a perfect smile. We always love going to Rays Ice Cream and their ice cream birthday cakes have become a bit of a tradition in our household. Loads of flavours to choose from and plenty of gluten free options. The flavours are always full bodied and genuinely taste like the description on the tub with a rich creamy consistency. Service in the Old town shop is always bright and cheery and you are made to feel very welcome no matter how long it takes you to choose a flavour. The deliver to home service was really useful during the lockdown and helped keep us sane. Whichever way you get it there is always a great variety of wonderful ice cream available. Well worth trying if you haven’t already become addicted to it.
