Service was good and the place was packed out with people, very busy. The staff were polite and courteous even when my partner didn’t like her starter and they replaced it straight away. My food was delicious and a very enjoyable meal. Many thanks

Bex our server was an absolute star. Incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. It had been a few years since I had been to a Wagamama restaurant and I do remember it better. The food was not bad but lacked flavour and complexity. The juices were really delicious and refreshing.

Another fine example of a wonderful Wagamama's. Super tasty vegan food, wonderful staff who couldn't be more helpful. The staff were very supportive of other food allergies and well versed in all of the vegan options. The food arrived quickly and we enjoyed all of the dishes. A special mention for the crisp chilli mushrooms must be made - WOW! You guys have it totally sorted for us! We will await our next visit off the Isle of Wight so that we can visit another wonderful location! Thank you again for another super experience. 🌱💚🌱💚🌱💚🌱💚🌱💚

Went today and had the best time! Our server Alex couldn’t have been nicer, he was so accommodating and polite. We both made adjustments to our dishes (I recommend trying the chicken and prawn pad Thai but swapping rice noodles for udon) and he made it seem as if nothing was too much to ask for! The green tea is free which is a huge bonus as it’s lovely and helps digestion, also the Tama Squid balls are a must try, the best starter.

Had lunch here. Ordered chicken ramen and mushroom teppanyaki. Ramen to me was a bit soft. Teppanyaki is not oily which is good. Overall good quality is fine to me. We sat at the entrance side with arm chair set up which is more comfortable than the bench table.

My lunch today was 20 Aug 2023 with wagamama and had the best time! Our server Giovana couldn’t have been nicer, she was so accommodating and polite. We both made adjustments to our dishes and drink (I recommend giving them to lead the order). Thanks.

Excellent customer service by the team. All standards as expected in a wagamama. Very quick service with less wait time. Don't forget to ask the complementary green tea which is the best

Lovely lunch at the designer outlet centre. Plenty of attentive, friendly staff, fast food delivery and the place was spotless. Most importantly the food was delicious, the firecracker doesn't lie, there's plenty of heat in there! 🥵

Very nice ambience....the staff were very pleasant & kind. The only down side is that the food is served as and when it's ready, so i had my ramen first then in the first 1/4 of my main course we were served our sides....which wasn't very satisfying as by then my Mrs. Still didn't get her mains, so she was just waiting. Overall the dining experience was just ok as the food quality was very nice.

Had a great ramen in here, a vegetarian one. It was very spicy and well condimentes. Along with fresh juices and a very good desert. Stuff was very polite. We recommend it!
