The Glue Pot - Swindon - Photo album

Fantastic little pub with great beers and friendly locals, highly recommended.
Sunday afternoon visit, only time for a pint. Good atmosphere extensive and clear choice of beers and ciders.
Cracking back street pub, also known as The Doctors (GP, geddit!). Hop Back house with Downton beers also available. Bar snacks available but no lunchtime meals.
Proper pub serving real ales and ciders. No games machines or loud music. Outside tables for warm summer evening drinking. I have been trying for a few years to make my way down the cider list but am thwarted by new arrivals to tempt me. Host and staff are wonderful. This is very much a favourite pu
Watched my team Plymouth Argyle get a point and needed a decent pint in a real ale pub......not a Wetherspoons! And this pub was perfect. Lots of real ales, good atmosphere, a genuine good old English pub. I had a couple of Summer Lightenings but there was plenty of choice. Friendly, with locals
Visiting Swindon for an away game and after visiting a very tense pub elsewhere, we arrived at The Glue Pot. A proper old pub with a great selection of ales, but what really won me over was how professional the one barman was. The pub was packed out with Exeter supporters and he dealt with each and
Brilliant pub for beer, with rotating selection of beers
Proper pub with great 🍺 ale and cider .
Easily the best place in Swindon for real ales and at reasonable prices. Handily located close to the railway station and bus routes
Very friendly and welcoming and all way a great range of guests ciders 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Lovely selection of ales, ciders and lagers, friendly landlord and locals, well worth a visit!
Just a fabulous real ale and real cider pub, worth going out of your way to visit, very welcoming and great management/staff as well
Lovely little pub. Great beer, great cider, very reasonably priced. Sandwich rolls available at the bar for emergency munching. Staff are amazing and very welcoming.
Great little pub. Bags of character and history. Good beer well kept. A traditional pub, they do rolls behind the bar but not full meals.
Great pub with a good selection of beers. Rustic tables. Good mix of locals when we visited. Really enjoyed our time there.
Me and my partner live close by, and you couldn't ask for a better, more cosy, and welcoming local! It's these pubs that people need to go to. Cracking beer, cracking ciders, cracking vibe! No sky sports, no pool table, just a corner pub with amazing drinks and vibes.
Lovely little real ale and cider pub. Hidden gem
