We went for breakfast, it's been a good few years since I've been in Old Town.. & I must say it never fails to impress me. The staff in Mackenzies were amazing. The young chap whom served us was so polite, he had great attitude & his manners were fantastic. He would win top customer service award every time. Thank you...x
Staff were very friendly and got served straight away. Even when the place was busy. Very impressed.
On our visit again to the old town part of Swindon in Wiltshire,we had a good look around all the shops,then decided to get some refreshment so went into Mackenzies Bar and kitchen...On entering we were surprised how big the place is,as it doesn't look that big from the outside it's like a bit of a TARDIS with plenty of room inside and lots of tables to choose from....I ordered two teas and a bacon sandwich that came toasted,the bacon was cooked just right and very tasty too....The staff were lovely and welcoming and the service was excellent with our order being served in no time at all....The decoration inside is nice too with plenty of pictures on the walls etc..... Overall a great place to go.....👍

We came on a Sunday evening for food. There was a male member of staff who served us. He was fantastic. He was really polite, professional and his customer service was 👌🏻
He informed us that the menus was missing an item or two (which wasn’t a problem for us) but he was so polite and the food came fast quickly and it was amazing! I walked out a stone heavier and a lot happier!
airy, light and good ambience in spacious - and remarkably for the street - not over priced food and drink location with large outdoor area. Coffee a bit on the weak side, so make sure the barrista understands the difference between a latte and a flat white. otherwise an oasis in the street and one to go back to.
What an amazing, friendly & professional service & experience. Jonny and the team made a love cappuccino with extra froth and chocolate sprinkle. The food was also superb. I have now been visiting Mackenzies for a number of years and look forward to every visit. Thank you once again to you Jonny and your team for making it so enjoyable on each visit

They had a problem with the service m, orders not going through. But, the staff looked afterwards our drinks and water.
For feedback, I would say more checking in on tables would be an excellent thing to consider in terms of “waiting”.
Fantastic all round. We had Rachel behind the bar who was an absolute joy to have with us. Fantastic service. Food was great and we all had a great night.
Had a really nice burger. The service from the woman who served us was great and we had a really lovely meal. They serve food till 9pm which we were really happy to hear.
Popped in for lunch the other day, the food was delicious and the place looked really nice. Lovely staff as well, will definitely be coming back.
Called in for dinner had steak cooked to my liking will definitely go back atmosphere really good great place to eat
