We came on a Sunday evening for food. There was a male member of staff who served us. He was fantastic. He was really polite, professional and his customer service was 👌🏻
He informed us that the menus was missing an item or two (which wasn’t a problem for us) but he was so polite and the food came fast quickly and it was amazing! I walked out a stone heavier and a lot happier!

airy, light and good ambience in spacious - and remarkably for the street - not over priced food and drink location with large outdoor area. Coffee a bit on the weak side, so make sure the barrista understands the difference between a latte and a flat white. otherwise an oasis in the street and one to go back to.

What an amazing, friendly & professional service & experience. Jonny and the team made a love cappuccino with extra froth and chocolate sprinkle. The food was also superb. I have now been visiting Mackenzies for a number of years and look forward to every visit. Thank you once again to you Jonny and your team for making it so enjoyable on each visit

They had a problem with the service m, orders not going through. But, the staff looked afterwards our drinks and water.
For feedback, I would say more checking in on tables would be an excellent thing to consider in terms of “waiting”.

Had a really nice burger. The service from the woman who served us was great and we had a really lovely meal. They serve food till 9pm which we were really happy to hear.
