We visited on Sunday afternoon it was quite quiet no atmosphere. The service was good, Directors beer was excellent.

Great service from Ben and Lesley. Food was homemade and very tasty. Beer was good and all served in a friendly and professional manor. Even our dog got a treat. Overall would highly recommend.

The best pub I’ve ever been in by far. Everyone is friendly including landlords, staff and regulars. As someone who struggles to go into pubs on their own I have been made to feel so welcome here and now regularly visit on my own both weekdays and weekends. The regulars often take people under their wing and the landlords are very interactive with their visitors. They also host the best karaoke nights in town.

Sara was Amazing, I arrived after the kitchen had closed and needed to leave early before breakfast.
However Sara managed to make me a hot meal and give me a cold breakfast to take to my room for the morning, while still dealing with customers at reception, serving at the bar and clearing the tables very efficiently.
A rare gem, who I hope is appreciated by the landlord.

Haven’t eaten here yet but the dog that lives in the pub got out one time and backed us into a corner at like 12am and we threw something far and it ran after it so we managed to hide for a bit and then run 😂😂it was scary at the time but now it’s a good laugh looking back to it 😅 Seems to always be events and musical things going on there so will definitely come visit!

Well run pub at the edge of the shopping centre. Food looked ok but we didn't eat. Staff very quick with service and helpful. Lovely big beer garden with tables. Well done. keep it up.

I like this pub as it has a small playarea. Great when meeting up when you have kids with you. Not much options on food so didn't try. We only attended for soft drinks during the daytime when it was extremely quiet so can't comment for what it's like in peak hours.
