Unlimited ice cream is great. Of course pizza is good as well. Tried the buffet today and I liked it because I can have different pizzas instead of one.
Probably understaffed, but tables and cutlery not as clean as they should be. One pizza had a hair on it, the other had extra chillies, I could see them but they had no heat at all. The staff were great but soooo busy. Not great value, over £40 for 2 pizzas and 2 fruit juices.
I'm not a huge fan of pizza's but i have always gone to this pizza Hut since i was a little boy. I enjoyed my meal deal at £16.99 unlimited salad. A side order. A pizza and unlimited drinks. I feel it's a good deal just for this. I would not buy a dessert because it's to expensive for how little you get so i just don't bother with dessert's.The staff are very nice and they are Autistic friendly as I have Autism.The restrooms are clean. I will definitely be back for more yummy meal deals from Ben

Quick food and variety. Good friendly service helping with the children and attentive to our needs. Nice drinks options and ice cream factory.
It was fairly simple to order and pay for the buffet online. My children ate the amount of pizza with the amount of variety they wanted. They also had 2 drinks and enjoyed a small amount of salad, which was great to see. They wouldn't have enjoyed a set meal as much as they did the buffet. The only downside was our table didn't have any cutlery for the salad so I had to pinch some from another table where the previous diners didn't use it.
It was all good. Ordered online, stuff was brought out really quickly. Staff popped by regularly to check up on us. Flatbread and sides were amazing as usual.
Still good food but I really don't like the fact that we have to do nearly everything now. You order on your phone using a QR code, you get your drinks, it's just not the same experience anymore. I used to work here and loved as we interacted with people, but all foh staff do now is bring out food and clear tables.
Served by the lovely Hannah today and experienced the joys of their buffet menu which was really good. Hannah was welcoming and knowledgeable!
Manager was really friendly and helpful. Service was bit slow we were already full with the salad before the food came. Desserts were slow too. Too much caramel drizlle on cookie dough which made it way too sweet but we loved the food. Ofcourse theres room for improvement. Temp was a bit too cold. Glass for kids drink looked really blurry and dirty but still enjoyable experience and good food. Easy to

Wow, these guys are ace. Truly, they were super busy, but working super hard and keeping everyone happy. They're an absolute credit to the place and the best hospitality staff I've been served by in a long, long time. Well done! Thank you for smiling through the rush and being so kind and lovely.
