Nice restaurant, clean with a good service. The £100 fine for staying too long is a bit steep, but understandable to keep people from loitering.
During my visit I witnessed a staff member that was on a break answer a customer query and resolve their issue as well as assisting delivery drivers collecting their order, this is a great attitude to customer service and going above and beyond to provide service. The customer didn't know they were

Food very good, friendly staff and they seemed happy in their work, gave off a nice atmosphere
It was ok when I was there. And staff in customers area is working fast - well done. Orders preparation could be a bit faster as I was waiting around 10min. to get a meals and it wasn't been that busy. Also burgers needs to be prepared more accurately, but that's in almost all McDonalds by the way.
Popped in for a mandatory sausage/egg mcmuffin or two and a cupofchino. All excellent. Staff on good form, many smiles.
a fast & efficient McD's service here. With useful order ahead service via the new app. For someone who isnt the biggest fan of fast food, I was pleasantly impressed by the overall experience and the food was actually served hot & edible.
Amazing time their with my family, we had private serving us and she was delightful and bubbly and a happy soul she made our day of how wonderful she was.

Staff very helpful because unable to use computer ordering. Food hot and delivered to table. Not quite so busy as other McDs. Not so many young people shouting and running in and out. Busy but more sedate. Clean. Toilets clean. All good
Super floor staff they have. This lady call Sofia was so good, in term of service, helpful, kindness, I just wanted to say sorry that I spilled orange juice, she was very quick and helpful to clean up straight away, very calm and do the cleaning.
