Visited to return something - customer service was efficient and polite. I did not have my receipt but they were more than happy to help!
General, store is ok, well stocked and ample parking. Coffee shop next to the store.
Great size car park and huge selection of groceries. Clothing department, Argos, Habitat and Starbucks.
Couldn't see any electronic charging spots although quite a few parent and child spots outside the store.
Polite, friendly staff. Shelves well stocked. Toilets clean and tidy. Plenty of parking spaces too.
Very friendly staff , good layout , lighting was shocking very dark and dim in some aisles, small issue With all supermarket s , is if you don't have a loyalty card then your excluded from the best price goods ( yes you will say get a loyalty card ) I was passing through and don't normally shop here but can't moan about the store or staff , thank you sainsbury s
A lot crammed into this store, including Argos counter, so lacks space and consequently some food items missing that might commonly be found in other Sainsburys' stores.
Pleasant and helpful staff.
Very good nice not to have to queue at the tills today as I do not and will not go to the self service check outs.
Went into Sainsbury's Tadley this past Sunday about 3:50pm mainly to pick up a few bits from Argos. I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the young lady at Argos. Very Friendly, Fast and Professional.
Good prices for products at Argos.
Then I got a few bags of reduced mini donuts from Sainsbury's Bakery. Waited to pay at till for them, switched checkouts as I was in a rush, and then realised that there was a checkout closed sign up. The Lady at Checkout (I believe she was Asian) kindly still served me. The checkout She was at was the one furthest away from those awful Self Scan tills.
I would have rated this store 5 Stars based on the 2 wonderful ladies that helped me, however I'm not a fan of Self Scan and this store has a lot of them.
Self Scan are the Death of Retail Jobs, Especially Checkout Jobs.

Generally good, most staff are friendly and helpful with the odd exception. Downside is always the stock, can never guarantee they have what you need and the moving around of the aisles is getting irritating.
