A good friend took us to visit here for a Sunday roast following his visit last year. What a find. A beautiful pub. Very busy for a Sunday lunch. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Huge meals. Well worth a visit.
Great service, great good, great atmosphere and great all round pub. Friendly staff and delicious food, which was well presented. Would come back again. Thanks, guys πŸ˜€
An excellent pub with great ambience, terrific food and fast service. The waiters were courteous, but not welcoming (except an elderly lady on the staff who may still remember a thing or two about old-fashioned values), but that still does not take away anything from a 5/5 rating. Easily the best roast beef I have EVER had!! And the gravy πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Huge portions and very reasonably priced for such good quality grub. We rang at the last minute and was able to book a table! The ladies behind the bar were lovely and polite! The food came in perfect time and it was delicious! We had a roast, chicken burger and Chilli prawns! It really was lovely food. We will be back! Thank you. Sasha and family.
We had a fantastic Sunday Roast lunch here. Went for Roast Beef which was superb and I particularly enjoyed all the veg which was perfectly seasoned and flavoursome. Desert finished it off nicely. Recommended
Not been before always driven pass , but no more lovely pub . Had sandwiches which were huge definitely worth the money, and of you like gin have their own distilled by the gin kitchen.
