We've bought almost all of our major electricals from the Tamworth branch for 6 years now. Even when one TV went wrong twice it was sorted out quickly with no quibbles. Brilliant staff there and super customer service. I'm so sorry for the staff at Tamworth after hearing the news today (9/7/20) that the partnership have decided this store will never re-open.

I had an issue with my TV and Home cinema sound system, I had changed a setting and couldn't recover the situation.
I telephoned John Lewis - fully expecting to have to pay for an engineer to do a home visit - I spent probably 50 minutes on the telephone with a very helpful lady called Jackie, she was very informative, friendly and very well trained.
We soon recovered the technical issue ( my fault) and everything now works correctly - Brilliant customer service from John Lewis and Jackie in particular.
100% genuine customer satisfaction here.

Usually impeccable and beyond any criticism. Great staff, wonderful products. Went along today for a Christmassy experience. Great, except for two things. Both far too loud! Rotary Club outside, blasting Christmas music. And, oh my God, Radio Tameorth blasting music inside. Gave me a headache.

We recently purchased a Beko tumble dryer from your store. The sales staff were very helpful and assisted with our choice of machine. We feel we had great service and good value. We have just used our tumbler for the first time and the results are superb. Couldn't be happier! Thank you.

Ordered 2 items for click and collect. The items arrived at the store over 2 hours early. When I got there it was just a case of letting the collection desk know who I was. They got the items from the back which only took a minute and then after just showing the man on the desk some ID I was able to take the items away so very quick service and very polite staff :-)

Went to have a look for a Delongi coffee machine. The range isn't as well laid out as the ones on display in Birmingham.
Good parking here. Easy to get to. Selection of TVs are good too. Plus you get a 5 year warranty.

Good shop for general household and fancy goods - bit expensive compared to most high street shops but if you want something a bit different or special it's a good place to look. Although saying that sometimes you can get real value for money on some things where you want better quality.

The staff are very friendly and know the products well. They don't try to sell you something you don't want, but help you to understand the product. The prices for the electrical items are good, even compared to some online retailers.

Lots of free parking. Slightly away from the rest of the shops so always spaces. Nicely laid out store. Staff were more than happy to help. Lady in the restaurant was very apologetic when we had to wait a little longer than anticipated for our food and we were offered a top up in our drinks.

First visit to look at several 4k TV's. Easy parking lovely store, very calm. Assisted in our choice by Sony in store rep Pamela who was excellent. Made our choice and they price matched without question and also honoured a free soundbar deal although it had expired three days previously. The young staff member who served us was excellent. A good experience, and we will be back
