We were thoroughly spoilt on our visit to the dining room at Cliveden. We were shown to a table by a window looking out over a splendid view down to the Thames. Decent fine dining, good service. The mocktails are not good, essentially mixed juices. Ambience feels a bit dark and cold. For a similar price range, we have other establishments in the wider area we prefer.
Best beef Wellington I’ve ever had and the Desert trolley was a great addition - there’s always room for pudding right?! Service was pretty old fashioned and the ambience too quiet to have any fun but the food was delish.

Came here for the vegetarian tasting menu to celebrate our anniversary.
We don't normally go for fine dining as often it feels like some kind of awkward charade where everyone sits in silence for fear of breaking some obscure unwritten etiquette, however we both felt very comfortable here.

Had excellent Sunday lunch. Food was delicious and service impeccable. It is a beautiful setting with lovely views. I felt the cost of drinks was rather excessive. All in all a Lovely experience.
