Excellent. We called in and even though clearly busy the very helpful & attentive staff managed to squeeze us in straight away (4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 baby).
Staff very attentive, table clean, crayons & colouring in page set out for kids straight away. Orders taken efficiently and food arrived in good time. One of toddlers was asleep so we asked for meal to be boxed up so we could take away. The waiter went above and beyond to help having this meal cooked fresh a few mins before we were leaving.
Overall excellent service, food & would highly recommend to family's with young children. If we are in the area again we will be back π

Had heard so many mixed reviews, but I must say this was a fantastic place. Great food, friendly service and very reasonably priced.
Kids menu and adults menu choice is awesome.
Love being able to use money off vouchers for any day or time, which is an added bonus. Not like other popular chain restaurants. Very impressed ππ
Amazing and kind staff! We came here two hours before they closed, so there was only a few people in the restaurant. the food was great, although i wish they had more basic calzones - the only one they offer has meatballs inside. the restaurant itself was really pretty and clean.
The service we received here was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. To completement this, the food tasted fantastic, blowing away our expectations another Bella Italia we've been to wasn't so good but these guys were great!
We had a 14.00 hrs but we reached 15 mins early and they allowed us to sit. We had some vegetarian dishes and all were fantastic especially their Hummus. Their Fruit cocktail in kids menu was also refreshing, though pizza was little hard in kid's menu and i felt it was way to small for a toddler too.
I liked the Tiramisu in Dessert section. Overall a good service, friendly staff and tasty dishes.
My daughter and I went to Bella Italia multiple times during these summer holidays (2023), and everytime the food exceeded our expectations. It was great quality and the portion sizes were just right. I was also very impressed with the excellent service provided and in particular the short waiting times. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even once when there was a small mix up with my order in the kitchen it was resolved very swiftly and my food promptly arrived, and in addition to this the staff were so nice to pay for my drink as well.
Overall the restaurant had a great atmosphere and I would surely recommend this place to anyone.

Tasty food with lots of options. Especially good for veggies and vegans. Nice selection of drinks. Staff are helpful and service was pretty quick especially as it was quite busy.

Just had the nicest meal I've ever had in a Frankie and Bennys. The food was absolutely delicious, a brilliant choice on the menu with something for everyone. And to top it off all the staff were so friendly and cheerful, in particular out lovely waitress who couldn't have been more helpful.
Having lunch with my daughter. Absolutely great atmosphere and lovely staff. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful ambience Love the food, very fresh ingredients... Music is very soothing and low not so loud. Overall a perfect place to have dinner or lunch with family or friends.. Well done Bella Italia.

We were served by Laura, whom we recognised from a previous visit. She's very friendly and affable. The manageress stood out too. The food and service was lovely. Five stars
Staff were polite and friendly. Didn't have to wait long for food and weren't rushed out either. Only complaint, my daughter had dough balls for a starter and one of them was stuck to bottom of bowl! Otherwise, food was great.
Visted here ad a celebrational meal for buying something nice. Had Jon as a server today, was fantastic and friendly from beginning to end. A little mix up with order, but no one's fault, excellent at rectifying it immediately and done so politely.
Had the loveliest food. Will be back again for sure!

What a little gem. Blue light discount available but chose to have the 2 course set menu. Beautiful food, lovely service and what amazing deserts. Will definitely visit again. A big 5 stars from me.
