Been meaning to visit here for ages after hearing great recommendations from friends and family and I finally had opportunity to nip in this morning for brunch and a pint with my wife and little-lad.
Beer was excellent, could have happily stayed for several more but for my little house-ape deciding he'd had enough.
Food was also excellent and I would definitely recommend the English Breakfast to anyone visiting for a mid-morning pit-stop.
Staff were also lovely; chatty and very attentive - won't be our last visit.

A much needed breakfast was had this morning, both my friend and I had a full English to which we weren't disappointed, the Little Tap homemade baked beans were delicious, as to was the whole breakfast. Coffee was hot, as was the breakfast tea. Miles and the staff as welcoming as ever. Thanks Team Tap.

A delightful Little Tap! Great Decor and a really good feel to the place . Food is excellent! Superbly cooked and served . Efficient and friendly service and for all you Gin lovers out there , there are 40+ to choose from. These guys certainly know tjrir stuff - extensive knowledge of Gins and what they should be served with.
Would highly recommend this place for Tapas or even drop in for a coffee or just a gin or two!
We visited on a Monday eve , having booked a table which I would suggest you do as they had to turn people away. A little Gem in Tarporley with a great recipe for success! Well done guys �
Finally! A restaurant that allows you to try a bit of everything on the menu - and how good it all is!!! We ordered over 14 dishes, all of them excellent! Really recommend it and the coffee is excellent too!

The MOST delicious food, wonderful friendly and informative staff who you can tell all have a passion for food and drink. I think the atmosphere inside is one of my favourite factors. You instantly feel comfortable and happy when you walk in! You can see why they are award winning! �

Came here for a pre-Christmas family celebration. Mum was a convert already and now I am too. Wide selection of beers with the cask ale in great condition!
Every morsel of food that passed my lips was delicious. Particular mentions go to the short rib beef tacos and the pear sorbet. The latter was both refreshing and indulgent and served with a shot of house gin that complimemted it beautifully.
I'm a visitor to these parts but can confidently say that the quality of food and drink on offer here, coupled with the excellent service and relaxed atmosphere, make this a must visit for anyone within an hour's drive.
