Stayed here for a last minute little getaway and wasn't disappointed, we had a wonderful stay! We stayed in the suite room 1 and it was beautiful. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely lovely with The White Company toiletries- these smelt so good we went to Chester and bought some on the way home. The service was impeccable; Ben was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Wow that man works hard, he did not stop our entire stay to make things nice for us. The decor throughout the entire hotel and restaurant is beautifully co-ordinated. Food in the restaurant was really nice and breakfast was delicious. You could help yourself to teas, coffees, biscuits and fresh milk which was a nice touch as I hate the usual uht milks in hotels and they had a wide range of teas which was great as I drink decaf. Couldn't fault this place and would definitely return. Situated right on the high street in a stunning, little village; great find and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing place! Five stars for everything - food, service, restaurant decor and the vibe. I am a bit spoilt with restaurant experience coming from London, but No. 32 Tarporley absolutely charmed me. It was the best food - tuna steak was amazing (photo attached). The best of all was the service - incredibly attentive, professional and super helpful and lively. I felt really welcomed. Definitely a place to come if you are in the area! It will suit well a bigger party or a family dinner as well as a nice cozy meal for two (the have wonderful semi secluded seating by the windows - the tall arm chairs really make the vibe!) or even for a solo visitor. One thing - make sure you book a table a little bit in advance; the restaurant gets fully booked.

Absolutely loved this well appointed stay! We will definitely be coming back. Catherine who check us in was so friendly and kind. We loved that there was a carafe of cold water after our long travel day, fresh coffees and teas to make, some snacks and cereals for the morning, and some good reading books. The room was lovely and well renovated with a modern large shower.

We booked the private dining area within No.32, an offset room to one side of the main restaurant, for a retirement function for 8 people. We had agreed a selective menu beforehand which was printed up for each guest and made personal with the function title and date on. Under Catherine and her team we were very well looked after all evening and the service was excellent, unobtrusive and very polite. The Team are a credit to the business and we would have no hesitation going back again. The food was lovely, very well presented and five guests who had steak - all was cooked perfectly to their individual requirement. We stayed overnight in the hotel and the room was lovely, with all that you need. It is a shame breakfast isn't provided, that would be the full package then, but that didn't spoil our stay. We learnt this was a relatively new undertaking from the beginning of this year. We wish the team and the business every success. Event date :25th March 2023

Big rooms, clean and nice staff. Music gets played downstairs until 11pm so you might want to book somewhere else if you like early nights. No breakfast there either.

My girlfriend booked here for our anniversary, where to start... The hotel is great, the suite we stayed in was clean and comfy. As a special touch, Aiden and his team put rose petals on our bed along with some chocolates. I have nothing but praise, what I loved about this hotel was its boutique feeling and it had its own unique feeling. The restaurant and bar was also great! All in all, a fantastic hotel and the bonus of being a village full of great pubs. We will be back!

I had the beef stroganof pie which was very nice with not too much mushroom. Pastry tasted fresh. Vegetables good quality and chips were lovely.

Ordered Sunday lunch, oh my goodness, the beef was absolutely beautiful, two thick slices which were so tender. Very generous portions. Pate was a little soft but tasted lovely. Staff were extremely pleasant too, very helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent service with very engaging and pleasant staff. Food was delicious, so much so that we booked as soon as we got home that same evening for the next week.

We stayed for three nights as our friends were getting married nearby. The room was lovely! We had a massive comfy bed and once we closed the window and set the temperature in the room it was a cool breezy oasis at the tail end of a heatwave 😂 We both slept so well every night. The shower was great and there were some complimentary crisps which we were super great full for after the drive! Really can’t fault the rooms at all. The hotel in general seemed quiet and nice but we didn’t get to spend much time there. There isn’t breakfast so we went to a couple of nice places in the high street, would recommend Latte Da to sit in or if you just fancy a coffee and some pastries there’s a nice place across the street too to takeaway. The only constructive feedback I would give is to have the Wi-Fi code somewhere in the room as we had to wait until someone was around the next day to get it and I don’t think the hotel is staffed at all times you just get a door code. We were also on a super tight schedule and when we arrived at 4pm there was nobody there and we hadn’t been given the door code beforehand to let ourselves in. Luckily someone showed up within 5 minutes in a car but I’m not sure what we would have done had we arrived at check in time which was an hour beforehand. I would ask for the door code before you get there just in case as nobody was there to answer the phone! Overall I would definitely recommend ⭐️

We had a fantastic visit today for Sunday Lunch. The atmosphere was wonderful, really beautiful bright decor and quiet atmosphere, with calm attentive and polite staff. The roast dinners were delicious and well presented, the beef was really tasty, but the lamb could have been better. Freshly squeezed orange juice was very reasonable price and refreshing.

Good quality food. They have a weekday offer on for 50% off food if you book online. I had the cheese and leek pie which was very nice. Home made pastry was excellent. The deserts are fantastic. I have never eaten anything so chocolaty! It's very nicely decorated and the staff are helpful. It's a nice place for a relaxed meal. Prices are probably comparable with the.pubs in the area so worth a visit.

Lunch for 8. Excellent food and service. In an open view 'private' room. Only criticism was continual intrusive foreground music.

I'm always a bit nervous about taking my daughter out, she's only 2 and done people don't tolerate children well. The staff however made us feel so welcome, always helpful and very helpful! They even wrapped my daughter's dinner in a foil swan (which she loved!). Thank you so much, it was amazing getting out as a family and having such lovely food! (The Sunday roasts were so delicious). Thank you again, you made our day.
