Yesterday we went to Oake Manor to celebrate our Golden Wedding with 46 members of our family.
The service from initial enquiries to the actual day was second to none. All staff worked so hard and always with a smile.
The carvery was amazing.

Food was lovely, staff was lovely. Attended the 70's night. Unfortunately we didn't take full advantage of the evening cos we xouodbt get on the dance floor as not enough room. The DJ also used way too much bass and we couldn't have a conversation with any sense and I came away with such a headache
Attended a funeral wake today. Excellent food. Staff friendly and attentive. None stop coffee and tea. Thank you Oake Manor every thing EXCELLENT.!!!.
I have been here on many different occasions our Wedding,after a funeral,lunch time meal and a few Christmas party events.Service is always excellent and the food is never a let down .Everything is brilliant
Had a really great night,it was a 70/80's night £15 each for a meal,but dessert you have to pay for. It was good just to be able to go out..A great place to go for all types of evenings.Also golf for the enthusiasts..There's an abba tribute on 9th April which we will be going to.would defi ately rec
Recently tried morning for breakfast very good quality food and not too pricey, go to tribute nights often too which are great fun and not expensive
Oake manor golf club is located just outside Taunton, £45 a round during the week so on the expensive side but a nice course with some challenging holes and plenty of water. There are vending machines available at the clubhouse and 10th for snacks and drinks. Clubhouse was shut due to covid. Greens
Really beautiful place and nice staff can also get tokens from the bar to use at the golf range would recommend if you haven’t been.
Visited for lunch today for my dad's 89th birthday. The food was excellent, especially the variety of amazing puddings and all the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. A special thank you to Natalie who hearing it was dad's birthday provided a candle for his pudding and a rendition of Happy B
Incredible food served quickly even though they were very busy. Very friendly and highly professional service wuth good advice. Will definitely use again, especially for special occasions. Lovely quiet location with large panoramic windows and ample parking.
Best place I know for losing golf balls. If you are serious about losing balls, this is the course. The number of places that present opportunities is simply staggering. Many places involve water. Or gardens. Or adjacent fields. And then there's the fairways that don't dog-leg as far as they should.
Great course. Nice driving range Good friendly clubhouse and good food. The course was very well maintained and would recommend it
We were a family group of 7 with ages ranging from 78 to 23 and we all had a lovely time at Oake Manor New Years Eve Party 2022.
