Sheppy’s Cider - Taunton - Photo album

Great place to go for delicious, traditional cider. Play area for the kids and a walk around the orchards. Dog friendly too. Also a few animals to see like donkeys, ducks, chickens, goats and cows. We didn’t eat in the main restaurant, but the takeaway warm food like pies and pasties were delicious.
Great cider, restaurant and shop plus, for the children, play areas wirh goats, donkeys and all sorts of water birds. Ample parking areas. Outside and inside tables, a bar area and well stocked shops. Tasty pasties and other warm fare; full menu. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Well worth a visit
This a lovely place to visit. The museum etc. Pay for the trail as something for kids to do. Walk around the orchard and the lake. Lovely cafe food and cakes. Amazing shop and deli. Places to sit outside too.
Lovely place for a day out when sun's out. Take a picnic or buy something from deli and go for walk around the orchards. See the ducks in their pond and other animals about the farm. The restaurant is very good. Remember to book ahead if you want to eat in restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic BritStop motorhome stopover if you are traveling through the area. The Ciders are excellent with a good range and all good value for money (starting around £1.80 for a 500ml bottle). The shop has a good range of locally sourced produce. There is a very good restaurant and coffee shop along

5 stars don't do Sheppy's justice, fantastic range of ciders and every one I've tried so far has been different and so drinkable. We also bought scotch eggs and pork pies which were really good.
