Cafe Expresso
This place was recommended to us by Taunton Leisure as a perfect little coffee shop who serve tasty coffee and home baked cakes.
Well I must say, they were right.
It's a well set out cafe with ample outdoor seating. Very tasty produce and very nice coffee.

Very nice coffee. We had one hot chocolate and one moka. The taste was really good. The place has a nice terrace for the sunny days and the staff was friendly and efficient.

This is my first contact with civilization after being a festival for four days and I felt really comfortable and relaxed.
You'll really enjoy the food, the service is very friendly, the other customers seemed really nice when I was there too.
You can sit outside in the Sun if it's sunny.

Lovely little cafe in a quiet part of the centre of town. Coffee is excellent and there is a great selection of fresh food. Haven’t tried the cakes, but they also look fantastic.

Good place for a coffee in Taunton. Hot chocolate was excellent. Dense and tasty as it should be. Foam was well made and they brought or drinks to our table in the terrace.
They serve most delicious homemade cakes in here. Just stopped off with my friend and had a slice of blueberry and raspberry iced sponge cake. My friend had a slice of Xmas cake equally yummy. I like it as can sit inside or out. Always friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Dog friendly too.
I had an event at Somerset Cricket Ground and was informed the day before that they could no longer provide breakfast for the event.
I rang a few Cafes in Taunton and when I rang Cafe Expresso, they said they would have to call me back. I assumed I was being put off again.
