No longer a weatherspoons. Had the all you can eat buffet breakfast and it was good. Cuppa tea window seat and watch the world go by.
Off loaded by Wetherspoons as it didn’t warrant two locations in the town, so items on here like photos, menus, and description and now inaccurate. Dogs are now welcome, and an addition of pool table, tv screens, Sunday carvery and buffet style breakfast.
Since the new owners have taken over, they are offering bottomless breakfast until 11.30, food is good and the staff are very friendly. The better Wetherspoon in Taunton. It's just better if you sit in the front part, it's quite happening! Good value drinks and decent food. Usually clean and tidy.. a good place to meet and eat. Short brisk walk from the main railway station.
Great prices on food and booze. Bright and spacious especially at the front part of the bar. Food typical of weatherspoons but delivered quickly and very tasty. Great beer garden which catches the sun, can get very busy when it's sunny. Ladies toilets are fab, lovely bright and clean. Staff attentiv
Its a great place, food is good and it is served quickly, and it is cheap, i like the hotdogs there.
Arrived here after a long partying weekend and was served up a delicious breakfast wrap. The staff are attentive and the app is great as it means avoiding queues! The toilets are stylish and the pub is centrally located and has a chilled out atmosphere

My arms don't get stuck to the bar when ordering food like at some Wetherspoons. I find that I get good service here. The menu is the standard Wetherspoons and had been reduced in terms of choice. Drinks always good value. I find it a comfortable place to relax. Gets very busy when the cricket is on and generally popular.
The food is very good and cheap I paid £6.49 for a burger and fries is was amazing.
The one problem I had it smelled really baddly like achool and my table was really small.
The employees are very kind to everyone they gave us some coupons when I come again and they also made the food very quickly

Our local. We're lucky, it's one of the best Wetherspoons I've been into in the UK. Very friendly and professional staff. Efficient food service and the usual great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages at the very best prices. We are regulars.
Stopped for some lunch, its an average food place. Forgot our side of chips but gave them free of charge ( i didn't even make a fuss so that is a plus ). Food was good, sorry about the noisy toddler!
