In my opinion the best coffee house in the town. Nice atmosphere and mix of clientele. Bicycles are welcome to be wheeled through, when quiet, to the rear. There is a small garden area too. Upstairs is ideal if you wish to escape the hustle. Great coffee and good cakes too. Reccomended

A really nice independent coffee shop. My family and I enjoyed a nice cups of tea, frappés and smoothies. Great service and have a good range of drinks.

I love a good black Americano coffee. I am very hard to please when it comes to quality coffee. I like it very hot and a strong coffee bean. Coffee 1 achieved 10/10 today.

Lovely cake selection and coffee too. Great service with friendly staff. Free water available. Nice atmosphere. Toilet clean. Also conveniently located along the high street. My favourite coffee shop to go to.

Had a great experience. The initial service was a little bit slow but, on receiving our coffee we realised why ... the barrista delivered the coffee with an artistic flourish that was worth the wait. Delicious coffee and cakes, plenty of space to enjoy it and great atmosphere. Recommend the Indian Single Blend! Update 11 June 2023: still our preferred coffee chain in Taunton! Although hope they get the coffee grinder fixed as I miss the single origin roast option.
