Had a large family lunch on Sunday at the Rising Sun. Very child-friendly, excellent roast meal. Bread and butter pudding must be mentioned, it was perfect. Staff were excellent and we had a lovely time.
Absolutely stunning local pub. Superb Calm warm and friendly atmosphere. New Menu just announced I hear the steak is absolutely delicious.. Please take a visit.

Nice traditional village pub. Serving a range of real ales and ciders. Friendly staff and locals. Have not tried the food yet but the menu looks good and reasonable priced

We stopped here for an evening meal and a drink. I was really impressed by the food, everything about the meal was excellent. The pub itself felt very cosy, everyone in the bar seemed to knew each other but without excluding new visitors. The staff where really lovely and freindly.

Had a lovely Sunday roast after a long walk and we were delighted the dogs were allowed in with us. Thank you for fitting us in on short notice and for serving the beef pink it was delicious. Pleasant staff nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed it.
Lovely country pub in a small village. Great ales and the Brixham cod and chips was wonderful; superb quality fish and perfectly cooked. The staff are lovely and friendly too. Highly recommended.

We sat outside in the sun having reserved a table for a pub lunch. An excellent light lunch. Warm and attentive service. Good food and my pint of Exmoor Gold was very good. The beer is clearly very well kept.
Was staying at the local campsite and decided to have an afternoon walk with the dogs . Found this pub was only stopping for a quick drink ended up staying for food , in the bar area with the dogs.
