Ma Cuisine Bar And Bistro

Used to live in Taunton, back from a London and very pleased to find a restaurant with a warm welcome, attentive staff, decent food and wine. I returned during my week in Taunton. I brought my Spanish friend, who enjoyed the Tapas and wine choice too. She pointed out that the ham in the croquettes wasn’t Spanish but shhhh- it was nice English ham and it suited my English taste, but I didn’t tell her that of course. Dessert was lovely too. Looking forward to next time

i love it in here every time i'm Taunton I will either visit the wine shop downstairs, or the restaurant upstairs. The food is outstanding. Downstairs is getting much busier too which is lovely to see as it's important for local businesses to stay afloat during these times. The owner is such a good laugh too and always makes you feel special. Vickster

I've eaten and had cocktails here several times over the last year. This is hands down the best food in Taunton, stunning flavours, a wide variety of dishes, dietary needs catered to and all backed up by all-important great service. Wines provided by the little wine shop across the way are top class and advice on pairings is available if you want it. Cocktail bar downstairs is fantastic too and they make up anything that's not on the main cocktail menu if you ask. Best Old Fashioned I've had. Due to the state of the world at the minute some changes are underway and I hope the best parts of both this business and the Little Wine Shop can be effectively combined to create a dining and drink/wine shop combo. Taunton needs upmarket places like this. I'll be sure to support as much as I can in future.

What a gem for Taunton. This place has a super stylish bar downstairs, I didn't try the cocktails but they did look expertly made. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful, the food was amazing and the staff were there at all the right moments and were really welcoming and friendly. So glad to have experienced this.
