Visited twice during our holiday, both times the food was excellent, service friendly and fast. Situated in a lovely village, although pub car park is tiny ample parking on the main road. Absolutely excellent Sunday roast in lovely old Devon pub. Landlord such a nice genial host we even forgave him being an Arsenal supporter. Will definitely be returning. Huge main and pudding 3 drinks each and bill £28 a head

This is a wonderful authentic village pub. I ordered the rump steak with blue cheese sauce. I have had hundreds of steaks before and been to Michelin star restaurants. This was easily the best steak I have ever had! Will definitely be returning soon!
Good village pub next to the parish church selling great real ales and food. Pleasant atmosphere with warming wood fired and friendly staff.
