Nestled in the enchanting embrace of Teddington Lock along the serene Thames River, Tide End Cottage is a hidden gem that beckons all beer enthusiasts and nature admirers alike. If you are looking for an old style pub to eat good pub food then this is the place You put your order in at the bar and the food is served to you in the restaurant area. There is not much parking outside the pub itself so will need to park in next road but even better get a cab there or go there
Brilliant service, friendly team, food was excellent! We turned up out the blue with a large party +14 and we we all served very promptly and had a lovely evening. Thank you so much we will deffo visit when we are in the area again. Lovely looking pub and well cared for inside and out 👏
Great pub with lovely staff and management. The only thing is that their outside area is really uncomfortable. I think the seat cushions were stolen and the brewery just haven’t bothered replacing them. Shame really cause it lets the place down.
July, sunny weekend, and still enough places for a group of 8 to sit and enjoy the food and beer. Food was great, great selection of beers, service was good and the secret garden at the back was a bonus. I really not sure why the pub next door is so full when this little gem was half empty, but we t
Nice place to enjoy a pint and a walk along the river, a friendly comfortable place to relax and enjoy food and a drink.
Nic relaxed atmosphere good selection of draught lager and IPA wine list is ok. Food was great and very good on price. I would easily say you could have a good family meal hear or as couple.
Great food and, unlike the pub next door, was peaceful without hundreds of kids running around.
A proper pub. Good beer and pub grub selection.
The local Twickenham Fine Ales’ “summer sun” was my choice to accompany my portion of moules mariniere… worked well.
The pub is tucked away but nice people inside and good drinks
I had Sunday lunch which was a little bit of a let down the veg was all raw and considering it was quiet it took quite a long time..
This has become our favourite stopping-off point during walks along the river. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is great. It has such a better atmosphere than the Anglers next door; it's the type of place where you want to linger for a bit and have just one more.
We stopped there few times having bike break . Nice staff good 🍺 and chicken wings are delicious after the ride. Will be back.!
Went to Tide End Cottage again during September after a long walk. The food as always was delicious and the staff very welcoming.
Chips were a bit greasy but other than that very good.
Lovely pub, great location, extensive menu and a good selection of beers and ales. Service was first class and very reasonably priced.
