Been going to Jake for many many years as I lived in the area, I still do like to go once in a while now after moving out of the area. Very tasty food with great service! Jake is very friendly and nice guy. Highly recommended

Used to be our favourite when it had a standard halal menu. Went there after a few hours and got a confused answer to the halal option. Anyways, we ordered the ol' school and crispy chicken burgers and beef ribs. The beef burgers were overdone but the ribs were nice!

New venue for me.Soacious,clean and nice atmosphere. Only small issue was the sound level of music.A bit intrusive if having conversation folk with hearing issues.Otherwise,food excellent with a great choice and reasonably priced.Staff friendly and prepared to accommodate changes in menu if requested.

The burgers are very good especially the vegetarian one and the onion fries and loaded fries are also really good, but unfortunately this time the service was a bit slow , inadvertently rude and not very helpful. The young lad who served us was a bit like Kevinl.
But we will return and hopefully the manager has had a gentle chat to them

TLDR: Even better than Five Guys
I was really surprised to find a branch of Ribs and Burgers here in the UK - in South Africa and Australia, this chain has a cult following; it's on the same level as 'Five Guys'. I really didn't realise that they had a presence in this country, and was even more surprised to find that this is their only branch anywhere in the UK - we are really lucky to have this restaurant in our neighbourhood.
Although, as the name suggests, they mainly serve beefburgers and ribs (beef and pork), I was here for the chicken - of which there is a fair variety.
I could have ordered at the till for takeaway, but it was a pleasure to have table service when it is this polite and attentive. The staff were all teenagers - and all male, which is unusual. They did the place proud, and I felt valued and welcome.
I went for the crispy chicken burger, and chicken wings with chilli, with fries on the side. I also had a coffee milkshake, a cappuccino and a small bottle of Coca-cola. This was a large meal!
The chicken burger (see picture) ticked a lot of boxes - it was housed in a brioche bun (like all top-end burgers should be), and consisted of excellent quality breast in a seasoned batter - much denser meat than most chicken I've had, and really tasty. It had beef tomato, lettuce and coleslaw inside, which is something I'd associate more with a beefburger; I normally see a few pickled gherkins, mayo and lettuce.
The only slight downside was that it was very messy to eat: it was served held together with a wooden skewer, which kept it together on the plate, but when the skewer was removed, I had to wrap a napkin around it to keep it together.
The chicken wings were so tasty - the chilli sauce was HOT! It provoked a sweat.
The milkshake was served in a large stainless steel cup to keep it cold - it was mega-thick, and delicious. The best I've had (and I have had MANY).
The cappuccino was poor - far too much MILK, and hardly any coffee; it tastes like milk with a coffee infusion.
The whole meal cost me about £30. Not cheap, but you want to eat delicious food, right? Try this place instead of Five Guys, and you'll be coming here all the time instead.
Teddington is so lucky to have the only UK branch of this restaurant - it's really good. Do try it if you're in the area. Next time I'm trying the ribs!

Decent place serving up some good food with friendly service to boot. Especially liked that the ribs were not smothered in sauce and fell off the bone. The burger patty was slightly under seasoned so a bit of sauce was required. Enjoyed the vibe, will be back.

This place is consistently fantastic. Had the best ribs I’ve ever tasted today. Also really tasty burger and shakes are thick and delicious. My kids adore going there. Superb service and very clean. Can’t recommend it enough. Hidden gem.

Amazing food! I've not ordered a dish I didn't love.
They need some desserts.
Great atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember their names, but they have all been great every time.
I don't have pictures because I wasn't going to waste the time not eating! Definitely recommend.
Have only been during the week and the parking was ok. However I would imagine it would be busy at weekends. You do have to pay for parking but it's free after 6:30 pm.

Had the beef ribs, these ribs tasted really really good!!! Unique BBQ flavour!! The chocolate thick shake was delicious. Very good service and the food is worth the price. Would love to visit again.
