Seven of us ate, I had the pork and chorizo scotch egg, then the lamb shank which fell off the bone, well presented food that tasted fantastic. We had a variety of dishes from the menu and everyone loved every bite. Reasonably priced food that really hit the spot.

Excellent service very friendly staff and delicious food. We had a very welcome bowl of soup on a cold day. There was a market on in the square the day we visited, but the staff coped admirably with the volume of customers. There is outside seating as well as entry of seating in this cosy cafe. 2
Popped in to this place a couple of months ago, whilst house viewing in the area. So pleased I did. The ladies here offered an amazing welcome/service.. my coffee was delicious, and they were really helpful telling me about the area.. helping me phone for taxis, and in general nothing was too much f
What a wonderful treasure this is! We were out today and decided to pop in and see what was on offer. My husband ordered the scampi, I ordered a nut roast and our son had sausages and chips (which wasn’t on the menu but they were happy to do it) the food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing!
Really lovely location. Late afternoon sunshine to sit outside. Really happy and cheerful staff who went out of their way to make sure everything was good for us. Cheese scone got extra points for the generosity of cheese and the pickle was lovely. Toasted teacake was hot when it arrived with plenty

Fantastic place for gluten free, diary free food. The soup was fantastic with alot of flavour plus friendly staff as well. We'll worth the visit and we will call in again
Just looking for snack and came across this gem of a place. Staff brilliant, food very tasty. Went for a simple steak and mushroom sandwich, it was a beautifully cooked piece of meat accompanied by the mushrooms and some very tasty relish, coleslaw and salad. One very satisfied customer, thank you!
Cozy little restaurant with good scones and tea. The lady who should be the owner of the restaurant is friendly and attentive.
Nice little cafe/restaurant. Had a large breakfast which was very good, only slight complaint was the baked beans served in a ramekin were about 600 degrees C, but burning my mouth was probably my fault due to me wanting to eat it all too fast. After several bad experiences with customer service lately it was wonderful to find The Lemon Tree. The waitress there was so helpful. She moved tables to accommodate the 6 of us and was chatty, knowledgeable and very friendly. The food and drinks were great too. Highly recommended 👌

We went there before the comedy club at the pavillion we shared a cold cuts abd cheese board with a side of sweet pototo chips and a glass of red . Very reasonable price around £20 per head
You will not find a more pleasant place to refresh. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Food is great and the service is terrific considering food is freshly prepared. "All good things come to those who wait." Absolutely excellent.
