Best cream teas in UK let alone Devon! Fantastic find on last day of holiday, AMAZING home made scones, lady manager in the kitchen was just so helpful, all set in an old Art Deco cinema. You must visit here!

Just brilliant! Lovely young staff who were so helpful and made my visit with my uncle so pleasant. Scone was delicious and tea plentiful and rich. I can’t wait to go back again Terrific place thank you

Our usual coffee shop was closed so tried here instead. We didn't eat so can't comment. The cappuccino was good and I note it was from a Devon based roaster, Voyager, which we have had elsewhere and enjoy. The surroundings were pleasant and a good location near the seafront.

Just come home from a perfect afternoon high tea. First of all the staff were amazing, so friendly and eager to please. Then the food came out. It looked beautiful. The open sandwiches were delicious as were the scones. We had so much clotted cream we didn't manage to empty the bowl. Then the cakes. My friend and I both chose the chocolate brownie. It was squidgy and delicious. A fantastic experience all round.

Went there today with my grandson of 3 years, staff were very accommodating with his mini hot chocolate and his sausage sandwich with an extra portion of tomato sauce, thank you do much
