Visited here first time. We’re welcomed straight away, order taken quickly and food came at a reasonable time too. Food itself was really nicely presented tasty. Staff, welcoming friendly and polite. Overall a nice experience, would definitely return and recommend to anyone. Well done to all the staff..keep it up!

Really impressed! The food was great, service was good, the staff put up with the kids really well too. The amount of veg and vegan options is great and do not take away from the meat menu which is pretty hearty. The price is of standard price, maybe a little more. As with all this chain restaurants though, the mark up on drinks is too high and leaves a sour taste that can ruin any meal.

I ate here last night & I don’t usually write reviews BUT I was really overwhelmed how lovely a member of staff was to me. I have found out her name is Joy! I came at 6.30ish with my little boy for a friends birthday meal & before I got the chance to ask she was over with a high chair & before I even sat him down she had tied a balloon around it which my boy loved. Ordered food - which was really nice - I had King Prawn Linguine & the rest had pizzas which looked amazing. BUT my son decided to basically make the biggest mess all over the floor, and as a very frazzled Mom I began frantically cleaning up & Joy came straight over & quietly told me “don’t you worry about that, that is what we are here to do, you just enjoy your meal” ! And it was just something I thought was really rare when it’s comes to staff. I just want to add that Joy was not our actual waitress assigned to our table! And I just want to say thank you for your kindness yesterday, and that it is might of seemed like small things you did but you made one very tired & frazzled Mom very happy! Thank you! Will definitely return!

Great food and service! Staff were lovely and went out of their way to cater for our toddler with crayons and balloons. Don't normally expect to find a decent vegan option at a grill house but the lasagne was amazing. Other half loved his burger too. Really happy we came across this place and can't wait to return :)

Food was delicious. We went for a father's day meal. The staff member who served us was incredible. We were a very fussy party and we had someone come pretty late but we were looked after so well. Cocktails were delicious and the vegetarian options were so much better than other venues. Me and my partner adored the Vegan Burger.

Went for a meal before seeing a film. We were seated promptly & staff didn't leave us hanging around when they knew we had a film to catch. All staff we encountered were really helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Food came quickly & was very tasty. Excellent service, we will definitely be going back.

If I had read a lot of the reviews posted here I probably would not have visited but has it happened we were visiting the cinema and needed somewhere to eat first. We did not have a reservation but a table had just come available so after a short wait at the bar whilst it was being cleared we were seated. Service at the bar was cheerful and patient whilst drinks were selected. Table service was efficient, friendly and polite. Last but not least our party enjoyed their meals which were amply portioned and I would personally recommend the fire sticks. I will definitely be visiting again when opportunity presents itself.
