A nice Caffè Nero in the high street, the service was good and so is the food. Comfy seating, especially by the window, we ordered a Latte, Cappuccino and a Black Americano. All drinks for delicious and the Latte came with a design on which was nice to see. Don't always get Latte art sometimes plus we had a Chicken & Pesto Lattice which I recommend. A great place to have a coffee & food!
Particularly like sitting upstairs. Quiet. Good place to work. Coffee is strong but staff happy to adjust milk etc. Cinnamon buns yummy.
A very pleasant coffee shop with excellent and friendly staff. A good place to relax with your coffee and book or newspaper ,is upstairs where there are plenty of comfy chairs and sofas.

Considering it was a Sunday they were well staffed and I was impressed with the speed of service.
It is quite a large caffé with ample seating, both soft relaxing chairs and standard tables. I was suitably impressed with the overall cleanliness and hygiene.
Coffee range is extensive as are the cakes, pastries and snacks, prices are very competitive and I thought it was good value for money.
Definitely recommended if you want to grab a coffee and something to eat.

Very friendly coffee shop, nothing was too much trouble and a lovely neros coffee.
Really nice atmosphere, staff were polite and welcoming, and very clean premises.
Staff are good but queues at busy times. Fortunately Nero staff happily serve cappuccinos at any time of day (whereas most Italian baristas disdain serving such milk-heavy after 11:00) and with sprinkles!
I use to go there a lot, but not recently. The staff are great! Most have worked there since it opened over 10 years ago. Very spacious, lots of seating G and armchairs by the windows so you can watch the world go by...
Members of staff are vwry sweet and friendly here.
Coffee was nice and place clean.
Love the Tenterden café ,excellent staff, delicious coffee, and the biggest bonus it's dog friendly. We now use it four or five days a week because of this. We use café nero all over the country because they accept our furry children.
