Food was fresh, service OK. We didn't wait for long for our order. We had some chicken wings on offer and wicked variety bucket. I always buy watermelon drink too, it's very refreshing.
This KFC branch was very busy, 2 of the self service machines were not working. Could have done with a sign indicating this. Food was good, service was good considering how busy they were

For me, it was the first time visiting this branch and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. April was the lady who served me, made great conversation and reccomeneded a few bits. I had a small issue with the wings being only warm and not hot, these got sorted straight away with no awkwa
Great hygiene, I am surprised seeing them wet wiping cleaning after every customer leave. Wow. Food good to highest standards
Self-serving wasn't working had to go to the counter, didn't know what she was doing, took ages for our order, chicken was good though

Service can get very slow here as soon as there are a few people waiting instore for there orders and then you got the drive thru. Of course what never helps is the fact the deliveroo and just eat and all those sorts of food apps slow the entire process for everyone as they get priority food. Quite
