Chase Farm Shop & Cafe

I do love Chase Farm Cafe. The breakfasts and cakes are fantastic, the staff are always very friendly and the cows in the field are amiable. It would be encouraging to see some dynamic options for children with allergies; my son has a milk and soya intolerance and I struggled to find something suitable. Plus, with a butchers attached selling some of the best quality beef in the region, it would be good to see that steak and onion ciabatta sandwich on the menu.

Lovely farm cafe. Plenty of parking on gravel with some parent and child spaces and disabled spaces on tarmac. Plenty of seating indoors and several shaded tables outdoors which was perfect for this hot weather. Good range of food available and even had a vegan menu. Had notices about enquiring about allergens but didn't order allergen-free food so can't comment further. Slightly pricey but it is in Sutton and food was good quality (proper chips!). Toilets and baby changing facilities available, only used the women's toilets and there were only two cubicles but very clean. Would go again, especially to see the goats but was too hot to be out in the sun.

Very busy place. Had to wait for a table but was happy to do so. Staff really couldn't have been any friendlier. Food came out reasonably quick but the sausage was only just warm enough and the bacon was almost cold. All very tasty though and the rest of the items were hot. 2nd visit. Omelette and chips very nice but didn't like the salad as it had balsamic vinegar on and it had spread to the other items on the plate. Please leave it off and let the customer decide if they want it or something else (salad cream, mayo etc) instead.

“Someone knows what they’re doing behind that espresso machine” were my thoughts when I tasted the soy milk flat white. The cafe was next to abandoned when I rocked up at closing time on a Saturday (around 5pm). There is loads of seating inside and out of the rural accoladed Chase Farm. When it’s a Beautiful summers day I bet it gets really busy. I loved the farm shop with its local produce, more suited to the meat lovers out there.
