Food was really good which was a surprise!! I've gone off Chinese takeaways recently as they're just so bad!! No restaurant here now as they w not opened it in months.

The best Chinese takeaway, HANDS DOWN!
My partner has never been a big fan of Chinese food, usually finding it too greasy and sickly, or too orange and padded out with carrot and onion.
But I do love noodle dishes and really fancied a takeaway.. so scoured reviews of Chinese takeaways within reasonable driving distance of home..
Eventually found King Wok and tried them for the first time a few months ago. They're a 30 min drive from home.. but it's worth it!!
Really delicious, fresh Chinese food that my partner now requests every few weeks.
She loves the Aubergine in Hot Bean Sauce (not something I've seen on any other Chinese takeaway menu) .. and the Classic Spring Rolls are the best we've ever had!
We won't go anywhere else now!
Be warned... they can get very busy on Friday/Saturday and there can be quite a wait for food. So order early on those days to avoid disappointment!!
(Last time I tried ordering on a Saturday I called at 6:15pm and they said it would be at least 8:30pm before they would be able to have it ready as they are so busy.. they're supposed to close at 8:30pm.. that how busy they were! 😄)

Hands down best takeaway in miles, have never found anywhere that compares with the taste and quality. You do need to pre-order, no joke, day before or lunch time for evening collection if you like to pick up early eve! That to me tells me it's worth it and I think it is.

Best Chinese takeaway I had in a long time!
The best Chinese food I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. From the dim sum (worth the wait) to the crispy chilli beef every dish is prepared fresh and you can really taste the effort that has been put into it. The decor is a little dated and it's not typical high street take away prices but that's because it's not typical high street food. Overall - truly superb.
Once every 2 months the company has lunch here. We always get a large turn out as it is a favourite among the employees and we are never disappointed! Great food, staff and overall feel to the restaurant. Food comes out swiftly and hot. 5/5
Great food as always and at a good price. The service is quick but the food is still fresh and tasty.
You can call to order a takeaway for collection and you can pay by card but they don't currently have contactless.
The restaurant is also fantastic and the restaurant and take away food are of the same great quality.

Great food, friendly and patient staff! Happy to help us figure out what to order when the family is taking a while to settle on anything! Decent prices, better to eat in than takeaways as their takeaways are very busy!
The best Chinese food in the area. Takeaway and sit down.
4 stars not because of quality just because it is more expensive than you would expect. This is possibly as it has a restaurant attached.
Take away is as good as the restaurant food, but clearly better served fresh, crispy and hot rather than after 10 minutes to drive it home.
Restaurant itself is a bit soulless, a room with tables in, but staff are lovely and care.
We ordered via phone on friday for Saturday by 6.00 pm to be picked up .On Saturday by 6.00 the order was ready and it was sensational. The price was very good value for money. I highly recommend king wok .
Tried most chinese takeaways in the area. King Wok is the best by far. Really fresh tasting food and not too sickly. Very impressed. Will definitely use again.
The food is amazing but there is always a massive wait. I understand they are super busy but surely taking to many orders and then having customers waiting 3 hours to collect - to then get there at collection time and wait another 25 minutes is not acceptable!
Amazing takeaway and restaurant. Food is always delicious, hot and flavoursome. Definitely recommend it to anyone, they kept us going through lockdowns and the food is always exquisite!
Excellent food, never let us down though can get busy so order well in advance to avoid disappointment. Crispy chilli beef is a must try. Lunch time menu is very reasonably priced and offers same great food.
