The best dining experience at the new saffron restaurant in Thetford The authentic curry, especially the chicken tikka masala with naan bread, was delicious. And enjoying it with a kingfisher, traditional Indian lager was delightful. Finishing off with a very nice liqueur coffee was a perfect way to end such a fantastic meal.
We recommend the experience tasty food and enjoy the culture of this truly amazing restaurant
I must say! The BEST FOOD I’ve ever had. Highly recommend mixed grill, korma, prawn bhuna and biriyani. Perfectly seasoned and so flavoursome, 5* to the chef . Desserts were amazing, kids were amazed by the penguin ice cream. The staff was super friendly yet professional. Drinks and food served swiftly. The restaurant itself had an amazing atmosphere, the fish tank and the water feature definitely topped it. Honestly “THE BEST”, well done.
Visited whilst travelling through Thetford. Great service, excellent standard of food - Highly reccomend. We were a family of four with 2 children and they really went the extra mile. The owner/manager has excellent customer service skills.
Food was amazing 10/10!! Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. Family friendly and fast service, definitely the best Indian restaurant we’ve been to! Will definitely be returning again soon.
We're fortunate to have such an good Indian Restaurant in Thetford. The New Saffron has been a great venue for our special occasions over the years and the new premises have raised the bar even higher. Well done.
We had a mid-week catch up after work with friends at New Saffron. An excellent meal with a very friendly and efficient service in what is a brand new venue. One of the best indian restaurants in the area by far!

This is a very pleasant modern minimalist Indian restaurant with curtious, knowledgeable and attentive waiters. The food was cooked to perfection, tender meat, perfectly seasoned sauces and the lightest naan bread. This is one of the best Indian restaurants in which I have had the pleasure to eat and I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

Strangely they had moved from their prious location but I'm glad we found them, again. Their food and service are both excellent.
Great food and great service at a great price. A brilliant alternative to the awful food at centre parcs. Imran was particularly fantastic.

Not the best curry I've ever had but the place was quite nice anyway. Edit: the curry was still great though not saying it was bad! It was tikka masala but think it wasn't spicy enough
First time here,but what a lovely night we had,great food,staff were brilliant,looked after our every need,will definitely go back .
