I loved visiting Costa in Thetford especially for their Cappuccinos which was lovely, and it's always in a great sized mug too which is perfect for the cold winter days.

They use this horrid whip cream on the bubble frappes.If u prefer real cream you need to tell them when ordering. Small size no always go medium.
They've changed a few things. The free drinks have 2b used in less time and the beans for the drinks has gone from 8 to 10 now.Frappes prices went up a li

A surprisingly large Costa for a relatively small town.
Neat and tidy. Plenty of comfy chairs and sofa - type seating.
Not wheelchair friendly - Front door OK - no step.
However there are 3 steps towards the rear of the store where the toilets are situated.

Popped in for coffee one afternoon, there was a queue but the staff kept there cool and worked through us all . Sorting out a few problems along the way. Staff were friendly and very helpful

Clean, friendly staff and nice environment. It’s normally pretty quiet in the mornings and easy to get a table. My daughter also loves coming here for a babycino!

Was really good experience this morning. Lovely lady on the drive thru very cheerful just what you need when your feeling down. Only reason for 4 stars was technology wasn't working well. Very good service from staff xx

Went in with my baby 02/11 got a hot chocolate and cake the staff was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best service I've ever experienced. I don't live in Thetford was just visiting a friend but will definitely have to come back to see the amazing staff you have. Thank you.

My favourite Costa anywhere! The staff are fantastic and their coffee is ALWAYS above everyone else. It is a lovely smallish size Costa in the centre of town.
