Lovely staff, food couldn't be better quality. We spent £25 for 3 people and we were all full! Have a reward scheme for customers so well worth using if local.
Absolutely fantastic fish and chips from here, home made mushy peas and tartare sauce amazing too, looking forward to going again in a couple weeks when back at woodland lodges

First time here, they were very welcoming and genuine in nature. Felt like an authentic fish’n’chippy that doesn’t try to serve everything under the sun, takes pride in doing it right. Would very much come back again.

Just been here for bait, unreal fish and chips on the way back from York, lovely atmosphere and great portions, fish nice and thick, chips to die for, will be coming back here again
Stopped here for fish n chips on the way home from visiting the White Horse. Really nice and relatively cheap compared to prices in York! Would come here again!
