The food & atmosphere at High Paradise is second to none! Nothing was too much trouble & the dogs & children were made more than welcome in the outside seating area- the dogs were far too dirty for anywhere else!
The soup that we were served was amazing and the delicious bread came in abundance, we even got extras!
I can not recommend this place highly enough and in honesty, 5 Stars does not give credit to this beautiful den of tranquility hidden in the picturesque Boltby.
The service was prompt & professional and the friendly welcome was comforting.
Thank you for the perfect lunch to add to our perfect day xxx
We will be returning very soon xxx
Absolutely fantastic spot! My husband & I have been visiting since Ginny first opened the tea room & it's just got better & better. We moved to live over an hour's drive away so unfortunately can't get up as often as we'd like but it is still one of our absolute favourite spots to take our dog Darcey & have a brew & cake, sampled the roast dinner yesterday which was also divine! Lovely place to take friends but Ginny is so welcoming happily visit alone with the dog too.
Wow!
What am exceptional place to stay! The facilities are fantastic, the dogs are gorgeous and the gin is out of this world!
The owner Ginni has created the most incredibly relaxed, fun and vibrant atmosphere by going out her way to make sure each individual feels like they matter.
You have a great thing going here, i will recommend it to everyone.
Thanks for a really special weekend x
Would just like to thank Ginni for the fantastic hospitality today! I decided it was a lovely day to take my children up to high paradise for a walk through the woods and had 3 dogs with us. We were made to feel very welcome and had a fantastic lunch. The children were able to see all the animals and stroke the pigs and sheep. I couldn't recommend this lovely tea room enough. The children and I can't wait to visit again.
Great location, rooms to rent with jacuzzis, food lovely, muddy boot and dog friendly, staff lovely, cannot recommend highly enough. Try you will not be disappointed
What a pleasant surprise to find this cafe as we walked along the Cleveland Way. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, great service and lovely cake.
Brilliant place. We staying whilst walking the Cleveland Way. Stayed in the cosy self-catering accommodation. Staff really friendly. Recommended.
We stopped here for coffee and cake on our Sunday bike ride. Beautiful cake and a really wide selection, plus adorable dogs everywhere 😍
Out riding the Paradise red trail today on our mountain bikes. Stopped at High Paradise Farm for a much earned rest and some coffee and cake. The carrot 🥕 cake was delicious. Was lovely to see some baby geese on the farm to. A great place to stop while out cycling or walking in the Sutton Bank National Park.
Love the gentle flat walk to cafe about a mile. Generally only accessible on foot. Lovely views on walk. You will be greeted by a joyful selection of owners dogs. Food and coffee good in Old atmospheric building.
Some of the tastiest and most delicious award winning cakes! They are to die for and the ladies were so lovely and accommodating to our large group. Excellent service, great amenities, looking forward to being back!
Fantastic jewel along the Cleveland Way. We stopped for tea and cake, but wanted to stay for days. Lovely staff, amazing food and two canines that made our day. We will be back to visit Sausage soon. Thank you for such a great respite!
Unfortunately we turned up an hour before closing so the kitchen was closed, we did manage to purchase a couple of coffees and a couple of cakes that were nice. The farm itself looks awesome such a lot of character, I would say it was still worth the 1 mile walk to access it, I'd definitely like to go back earlier in the day, next time we are in the area.
Always worth visiting the cafe on a walk. This time there was a wedding taking place outside so food and drink came from a horsebox under the trees - very good coffee and a crisp tasty pizza cooked from fresh. Friendly and welcoming staff too!
Stopped for refreshments whilst cycling past. Not open every day so check before relying on it. But well worth a detour if you're walking or cycling nearby. Not accessible by car.
What a lovely place - amazing food and such a warm and inviting location. It's quite a distance from the road (a mile), and on my road bike it was a bit of a challenge - definitely more of a mountail bike stop-off. Looks like a load of investment has gone into this place. I can really recommend it.
Popped into the cafe on a walk from Sneck Gate....absolutely bowled over... what a fantastic place! Beautiful surroundings, fantastic food (we had a meat platter to share) . Brilliant .. go see for yourself!
Absolutely love this place. A short walk through some beautiful countryside. The cakes and coffee are to die for. No small portions here, and the variety never disappoints.
Came on a day ride here! We parked the horses up in the field and went for lunch. Had a fab toasted gluten free beef and cheese sandwich... Beautiful! Would have had a gluten free cake too but was concerned I wouldn't be able to get back on my horse without assistance!!
We were there for a cycle orienteering event. It is a lovely location for walks and/ or cycles.. We will be back for tea and scones. We did not have time to linger on this occasion hence why we cannot give ratings for the rooms or service.
