A delightful gift shop and coffee shop in one. Wonderful gifts were found followed by amazing food in a lovely garden area with activities for children while eating. Scones were some of the best I've tasted. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit

This is a lovely place to chill out with a afternoon tea/coffee with a scone or cake, relaxing garden area to the rear, great for families and couples alike, competitively priced, staff were friendly. Myself and my husband had a tea, cappuccino with scones, all were really nice.

A lovely shop to browse through before you make your way into the cafe which has indoor and outdoor seating. I had a lovely chocolate brownie and tea. I have chronic pain and they have padded bench seating which was more comfy to sit on.

Staff were friendly. I had a really nice cheese stone and a cup of tea and then had a look around the shop and bought a really cute note book.

I was impressed by the great service and the delicious food. The best part was that I could relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with my friends.

Their fruit scones are the best I've ever had, so we visit every time we go to Thornbury! Staff can be variable - the younger staff are friendly, happy, fast and know that they're doing. The older till staff are grumpier, easily confused and flustered, slower, need help to work out what to do and openly resent the excellent service the younger staff provide when they have to step in to help as the queue grows and grows, which (especially when considering the prices) certainly takes the shine off the experience.

So lovely. Just really lovely. Staff in the shop and cafe are all so sweet and helpful. The cafe is amazing. You must try the delicious scones with cream and jam! They looked so yummy I didn't even get a photo. Such a nice place in Thornbury and I highly recommend.

The shop sells some lovely things, and then you go on through and there's the cafe, which opens right up into a room with a skylight and outdoor seating beyond. Excellent scones, the olive and feta was delicious and really light. Great coffee options too. Various free car parking options a short walk away.

Beautiful gifts, especially great for children's toys. Great coffee and I can highly recommend the carrot cake. The coffee shop garden is lovely in the summer.

I'm fairly new to working in Thornbury and found this little gem one lunchtime. The cream tea is absolutely amazing with the best scones I have ever had! The gift shop had some lovely offerings too.

Walked through the door greeted with a warm welcome and very friendly staff. (I was just delivering items for them) (Sarah) I think her name was, was friendly and very knowledgeable of the Belgium chocolate they have just inside the door. Recommend a loyalty card which I took and bought the wife some of the chocolates. Will have to go back whilst not working to have a good look around.

Busy run on lunch/sandwich fillings at lunch time meant we had to move on as couldn't eat any of the other choices. Disappointing as lovely cafe and setting otherwise. Cakes and treats have improved though (opinion from a previous visit) - less dry/stale this time.
