Quiet, homely place with a classy but modern design. Good selection of locally sourced beers as well as their own. Only downside, as with many small bars, is the overall selection of drinks. Not your average sports bar and not your hipster hangout, just a traditional pub with standards and great hosts. Good for local live acts too.

A couple of pints of guest and own brewery ales. Fresh loaf with pate and cheese provided as free bar snacks. Excellent company and conversation to go with excellent beer. Just what micro pubs should deliver. Will definitely revisit on returning to Thorne

My husband is a real ale drinker. He loves the fact that they also have there own brewery on site. The ale is also reasonably priced. The Vault might only be a small place but it is cosy and friendly with it.

Great little pub with a good atmosphere. Some really good music nights. Regular change of ales ensuring a good selection. The Sunday quizz is great fun too.

A quiet and welcoming space with a homely touch. Locally brewed beers available and pulled by a great team of staff. Their own brews are now available too and go down a treat. The only criticism is the overall selection but it's still early days so there's more than likely plans to expand. Great regular entertainment and a weekly quiz also on offer.
