It started to rain heavily as I left KFC on victoria road. The bag burst, to the delete of the seagulls, the food scattered all over the road and my phone ended up in a puddle. The staff very kindly replaced all my food with no charge. Thank you to the staff for your kindness today. We love KFC.

Much better than it used to be. The girls who work there are nice and friendly, the service can be dreadful though but I don't think it's their fault, their online ordering is pointless. Why bother ordering on the app for collection?, Once you're in there and waiting, your order number is up on the screen being "prepared," yet four other customers who came in behind me, all ordered their food and left with it while I'm still standing there waiting for mine. Second time five other customers entered after me, ordered and left with their food before I got mine. Two of them even ordered exactly what I did 🙄 So yeah, online ordering is not worth it, even when you're not left waiting, pre ordering saves you literally no time at all so it really is a pointless thing to do unless you just prefer to pay online. The food in general is significantly better than it was four or five years back and the girls who work there now are much better and much more friendly.

Standard KFC, chicken was hot and tasty, staff were friendly and helpful plus the store was clean and bright inside. Visited on a Sunday afternoon and wasn’t very busy. There’s no car park or drive thru but was plenty of seating inside.

Usual fayre from KFC. Restaurant is clean and tidy Staff are pleasant and informative. Food always seems fresh and well cooked. No parking but can be found with some effort.

Can get busy late afternoon at tea time. Good customer service as I had to wait for an order to be completed and was given a complimentary upgrade and all meals were made large for no extra cost.
